We are making the first steps in making the ‘logies” product no longer a default product for rates and packages.

The dropdowns used to select rooms, rates, services, and amenities when creating new entries in the OBE and Kiosk configuration are now sorted based on their sort order.

For hotels using the OBE payment page, each transaction now includes a reference to the reservation number.

There are cases where you may want to add a product that should not be included in the package/program item price but is considered as an additional cost.

Subject to the screen display configuration, the planner & dayuse rack will now also display based on the selection of 1 or 2 weeks (7 or 14 days). This only applies for the Per Day view.

It is now possible to create a new function room reservation to cover multiple days.

To reduce the need for manual adjustments, when adding a new program which falls outside the already booked function room’s start and end times, the system will now update those times, provided the room is available. This will also apply when editing the times of an existing program item.

Previously, the “Send Rates” setting (active/inactive) controlled whether both rates and restrictions were sent to the channels. This meant you couldn’t manage them separately. We’ve now improved this by splitting the setting, allowing you to control each function independently.

Previously, we only communicated the base rate to SiteMinder, and prices for other occupancies had to be derived on SiteMinder's end. We have now introduced the ability to send prices for all occupancies directly to this channel.

As with the PMS, we want to offer the option to ‘hide’ already booked services (such as freebies) in the kiosk if this is configured for a product.

We’ve added the ability to include ID information in the template settings of the Online Registration module.

Once the event date, times and pax are filled in the reservation itself, these details will be auto filled when creating a new program, see below example.
