What Will You Do?

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers, both by phone and email. You solve problems and answer user questions about our reservation and POS systems. No technical expertise is required for this.

Additionally, you ensure that more complex issues are properly escalated to second- and third-line colleagues. In short, you and your team ensure that our customers are helped in a friendly and efficient manner. Flexibility is important, as participating in on-call Customer Success services is part of the role.

What Do We Get From You?

An enthusiastic and driven individual who is open to fully understanding a software package. You have strong communication skills and an interest in technology. Naturally, you are hands-on, stress-resistant, and remain calm when handling multiple phone calls and emails simultaneously. Additionally, you have:

  • At least a completed MBO degree;
  • Affinity with the hospitality industry;
  • Preferably experience with hotel software applications;
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and possibly German, both spoken and written;
  • An enthusiastic and driven personality, open to thoroughly understanding a software package, where your experience in the hotel industry will certainly be an asset!
  • At least a year of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or Support Consultant
