No onboarding costs. No long-term commitments. If you love it, great. If not, you can cancel anytime. Simple as that.
VIPS Only is a pay-as-you-go model. Your subscription renews monthly and can be canceled at any time with just one calendar month’s notice. You’ll continue to have access until the end of the next full month after cancellation.
Yes—as long as you remain subscribed for at least 30 months. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in. If you decide to cancel earlier, we charge a one-time fee of €100 per remaining month until month 30, to cover the upfront investment in onboarding and training.

The standard training is designed to cover all core functions. If you need additional or follow-up training beyond what’s included in your package, extra sessions can be arranged for an added fee.
Travel expenses are not included in VIPS Only and will be billed separately if on-site visits are required.
You can enhance your setup with add-on modules like Online Booking Engine, Planner, or Meetings & Events. These are available for a one-time activation fee, together with a separate monthly subscription plan. We'll guide you through what fits your setup.
Your subscription begins as soon as you receive your login credentials for VIPS CloudPMS. From that moment, you’ll be billed monthly in advance via direct debit.
We bill all subscriptions through direct debit on the 1st of each month, for that month in advance. Activation costs for add-ons will be billed beforehand.
