At our office in Nieuwegein (or from your home office), we’re looking for a Sales Executive BeNeLux who’s ready to connect with hoteliers, guide them through the sales process, and bring VIPS CloudPMS to even more hotels. Who Are We?

At VIPS PMS, we build smart, user-friendly software for hotels—and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to help us bring it to even more hoteliers in the BeNeLux region. You’ll be the first point of contact for many future customers, qualifying leads, giving demos, and guiding smaller hotels through the full sales cycle.

What Will You Do?

  • Qualify leads: You’re our pipeline builder. You find new opportunities for the BeNeLux Sales department, open doors, and keep calendars full.
  • Guide the sales process for small businesses: From lead generation to closing the deal, you’re in control of the full sales cycle.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations: Tailor your pitch to each hotelier’s unique needs and make a lasting impression.
  • Host product demos: Show prospects how VIPS CloudPMS works and why it’s the best fit for their hotel.
  • Represent the brand: You’ll deliver our USPs with confidence and track all your activities in our CRM (Zoho). You attend events and summits to connect with partners and prospects.
  • Know the industry: You stay up to date on hospitality trends and competitor offerings to enrich your conversations and strengthen our strategy.
  • Collaborate and innovate: You work closely with our Director of Sales and the team to improve processes, test new strategies, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Draft contract proposals: Translate needs into clear, convincing proposals that seal the deal.
  • Close sales: Confidently convert conversations into committed customers.

Requirements

What Do We Get From You?

  • Experience in sales and/or lead generation
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Empathy and persuasion, with a talent for building relationships
  • You live in the Netherlands and are legally allowed to work here
  • You take initiative and like to be proactive
  • Tech-savvy and excited about innovative solutions

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in SaaS or hotel tech
  • A background in hospitality or a passion for the industry
