Payment description enhancement

A new Description field is added when adding a payment in both folio and proforma.
· Up to 255 characters allowed.
· Payment descriptions will be visible in folio and proforma screens.
· On proforma and invoice download, print and pdf, the description will appear just below the payment, in a smaller font.
· The Payment Details Report is updated with an extra Description column for better tracking.
