Extend function room times

When there is availability
If a function room is booked from 8:00–9:00 (1 hour) at an hourly rate of €40,00, but the program item is adjusting from 8:00–10:00 (2 hours), the system will ask if the price should be adjusted. If Yes, the system will automatically recalculate the cost to €80,00 (for 2 hours).
When there is no availability
If the program item extends beyond the function rooms’ availability, the system will prompt the following message: “Programitems cannot be extended as there is no availability for this function room.” Additionally, the system deselects the functionroom and setup name to be able to select an alternative.
