Sometimes a user may want to resend an already sent communication template. It is now possible to reopen an already sent template and to resend it.
Mind you, this template is based on the information that was previously already communicated and will not consider any changes that may have been made to the reservation since then. Should you require to send the latest information, then we recommend sending a new communication template.
