Cancellation policies: enhancements roomstay screen

We’ve made an adjustment in the roomstay screen. We added a new tab next to the Roomstay Summary section called Details and a new field Cancellation Policy is added.

• Whenever a cancellation policy is assigned to the booked rate, it will be displayed here.
• If no cancellation policy is assigned to a rate, the field remains empty.
• This is not a mandatory field.
• Only users with specific rights can overrule the policy and assign another one.  Users without access will see the field greyed out.
• Modifications are restricted after check-in and logged in the history tab.
  
• If multiple rates are involved (and potentially multiple cancellation policies), the system will capture the arrival date and arrival rate as the cancellation policy.
