Online registration form: id type and number added

We’ve added the ability to include ID information in the template settings of the Online Registration module.
When enabled, both the online and printed registration forms will display fields for the guest’s ID number and ID type. When the mandatory mark is enabled, the fields will be considered mandatory for the guest.
