OBE and kiosk: sort on sort order

The dropdowns used to select rooms, rates, services, and amenities when creating new entries in the OBE and Kiosk configuration are now sorted based on their sort order.
If multiple items share the same sort order, they will be sorted alphabetically. Please note: Products and (standard) amenities do not have a defined sort order and are therefore sorted alphabetically by default.
