Channel managers: seperate send restrictions option

Previously, the “Send Rates” setting (active/inactive) controlled whether both rates and restrictions were sent to the channels. This meant you couldn’t manage them separately. We’ve now improved this by splitting the setting, allowing you to control each function independently.
You can now:• Send only restrictions• Send only rates• Or send both, depending on your needsThis gives you greater flexibility in how you manage your channel updates.
