There are cases where you may want to add a product that should not be included in the package/program item price but is considered as an additional cost.
For example, you're hosting a business dinner for 10 people and need to add a birthday cake as an extra. Since the cake isn’t part of the original dinner package, it should be billed separately. To support this flow, an extra setting is added to the package item configuration called Bill Separately.
