Adjust function room times when program times fall outisde of booked times

To reduce the need for manual adjustments, when adding a new program which falls outside the already booked function room’s start and end times, the system will now update those times, provided the room is available. This will also apply when editing the times of an existing program item.
Incase the function room cannot be adjusted because there is no availability, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating that the program item cannot be adjusted as the function room is no longer available.
