Who Are We?

VIPS PMS is an innovative SaaS solution for hotels and hospitality businesses. From the Netherlands, we support hotels across multiple international markets, including the Benelux region, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. Due to our growth plans, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Brand Lead who can elevate our marketing activities and make a significant contribution to our international commercial growth and brand awareness.

Job description

What Will You Do?

As Marketing & Brand Lead, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing our marketing and brand strategy.

Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Set up lead generation programs to support the sales team.
Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.
Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
Develop marketing strategies for different regions: Benelux, Germany, United Kingdom, Caribbean, Future growth markets.

Manage and optimise marketing activities within Zoho CRM.
Set up campaigns, segmentation, and automated communications.
Monitor marketing KPIs and report on performance results.
Manage marketing communications towards prospects and existing customers.
Develop newsletters, customer updates, case studies, and commercial content.
Support customer engagement and customer retention initiatives.

A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500, depending on experience.

Requirements

What Do We Get From You?

Who are you?

You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or the hospitality sector.
You have a Bachelor’s level of working and thinking.
You are independent, entrepreneurial, and enjoy taking initiative.
You have experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
You have knowledge of SEO/SEA and experience with CRM systems and email marketing.

You communicate excellently in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
You work in a structured way and are able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM is a strong plus.
Experience with international marketing activities is a strong plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Webflow is a strong plus.
