Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Germany, you will play a key role in expanding VIPS PMS's presence in the German hospitality market. You will identify and engage potential hotel customers, generate qualified sales opportunities, and help drive new business growth by connecting hotels with our innovative property management solutions.

At VIPS PMS, we build smart, user-friendly software for hotels, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us reach even more hoteliers in Germany. For many future clients, you will be the first point of contact: you qualify leads, give demos and guide hoteliers through the complete sales process.

What Will You Do?

Qualifying leads: You are a pipeline builder. You spot new opportunities, open doors and ensure your calendar is full.
Guide the sales process: From first contact to signature, you manage the entire sales process.
Create and deliver sales presentations: You tailor your pitch to the unique needs of each hotelier and make a compelling impression.‍
Provide demos: You ask insightful questions to fully understand each prospect’s requirements before presenting. By listening first, you tailor demonstrations of VIPS CloudPMS to their specific needs, while providing expert guidance, industry insights, and in-depth product knowledge that clearly demonstrates the value of the solution.

‍Represent the brand: You confidentlycommunicate our strengths, keep your activities neatly updated in our CRM(Zoho), and attend events to connect with partners and prospects.
Know the industry: You stay up-to-dateon hospitality trends and competitors to deepen conversations and strengthenour strategy.
Collaborate and innovate: You activelybrainstorm with our Director of Sales and the team to improve processes, testnew approaches, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Create proposals: You translate needs into clear, convincing proposals that win deals.‍
Close deals: You effortlessly turnconversations into long-term client relationships.

Good salary: range €3,500 to €5,000 (depending on targets/work experience) plus a highly attractive performance-based bonus scheme (up to 20% of gross monthly salary).‍
Flexible working: Remote with a (bi) weekly visit to our office in the Netherlands (Nieuwegein, Utrecht).‍

Requirements

What Do We Get From You?

What do we get from you?

‍

2 to 5 years of experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the hotel tech industry.
Fluent in German both spoken and written, and good in English.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Empathy and persuasive power with a talent for building relationships.
You live in Germany (preferablyNorth Rhine-Westphalia) and are authorised to work there.
You take initiative and like to work proactively and indepdently.
Technically savvy and enthusiastic about innovative solutions.
