Multi-Property Search

In a hotel group/chain environment, it is common for guests to arrive at the wrong hotel with only a reservation number. Additionally, it is also common that a payment is made to an unknown invoice number or reservation number. In both instances you want a quick and simple way to search for these reservation or invoices throughout the hotel group and to be able to further assist your guest or contact person. To streamline handling such scenarios, we're introducing the new Multi-Property Search feature.

In the menu Multi Property, an additional menu item called Search is added. A search dialogue will appear when selecting this menu item. This dialogue will appear over the screen you are currently working in and looks quite similar to the existing F3 search functionality. The F3 search will only search on property level whereas this new multi-search will search across all hotels linked to the same group/chain.
