Hotels can now capture additional custom data by using our new feature Custom Fields.
Hotels can now capture additional custom data by using our new feature Custom Fields. You are now able to define which extra fields are required and where they appear in the workflow.
Custom fields can be configured at:
• Profile level(Person or Company)
• Reservation level (Reservation or Reservation Details)
Go to Settings>Pick List>Custom Fields to setup your custom fields.
