Charge Type For Rates Summary Screen - Edit Date

The summary screen now supports edit date based on charge type for rates.
With the introduction of the new charge types for rates, the edit functionality from the reservation (summary) screen and the copy functionality were not yet supported. These have now been implemented in this release to support Edit Date.
