We are excited to launch this new feature of Traces in the PMS.
Traces in hotels are internal “notes” linked to reservations and profiles that help staff and departments coordinate tasks and follow-up actions. These notes are typically action-oriented and time-sensitive, ensuring important requests and operational activities are completed on schedule.
