Save email communication letters as a draft

When sending a communication letter from the reservation, it is now possible to save this template as a draft.
This allows you to continue working on it at a later moment prior to sending it out to the receiver. The system will autosave every 30 seconds. In addition, an extra Save button is added to instantly save any of your work. A message appears after each autosave moment.
