Guarantee on reservation: revised outstanding amount calculation

The Outstanding Amount calculation has been improved for reservations with a Deposit Requested guarantee for Guarantee on Reservation.

Deposit percentages are now treated as cumulative amounts due by specific dates, taking into account received payments and overpayments.
