Folio: New status column

An extra status column and filter is added to the folio screen making it easier to quickly see any updates that have occurred on proforma level.

The following statuses are applicable:

· Active

· Voided

· Splitted

· Transferred

· Credited

By default, the screen will display records with the Active status.
