Cubilis: direct cancellations updated on cancellation report

When receiving a direct cancellation from Cubilis, the PMS will create the reservation directly with cancel status.
Previously these sorts of reservations were missing on the cancellation report. This has been adjusted and now will also include direct cancellations from Cubilis.
