Create new block pick-up reservation: adjustment in rate display

When creating a new block pick-up reservation, the system will now display a single rate button showing the total rate per room type instead of the previous multiple rate options.
This change ensures a more clear and accurate view of pricing within blocks, even when multiple rates exist for different dates.
