Channel Manager: Room/rate/service mapping deletion of non-existent entries

In the channel manager mapping for Cubilis, SmartHOTEL, and Voordeeluitjes, rooms, rates, and services will still be displayed even if they are deleted on the channel manager side. We do not remove these automatically, as hotels may want to act upon them. From now on, the system will notify users when such a deletion occurs, so they can manually adjust the mapping.

Note: This notification only appears when you newly retrieve rooms, rates, and services using the “Get rooms / rates / services” buttons, as this refreshes the data from the channel manager.
