Cancel block
We’ve added the ability to cancel blocks, making it easier to manage changes when plans shift.
How it works
1. Select the block check box (all dates or specific dates).
2. Click the Update button.
3. Choose the Cancellations >Cancel block button.
4. Following pop-up appears and the cancellation is processed.
Conditions
· If pickup = 0:
o The block can be cancelled.
o The block status will change to Cancelled (this status is final and cannot be reverted).
o Theblock count is set to 0.
· If pickup > 0:
o Existing pickups are retained.
o The block count is set to 0 or to match the minimum pickup level.
o The status will not change to Cancelled since reservations have already been picked up.
· Cancelled blocks will not appear in the cancellation reports.
· Cancellations and modifications are visible in the history tab and change log report.
